What kind of staff uniforms do you have?

 

We have 3 ranges:

• Our corporate range which includes men's and ladies office wear

• Our service range for specific industries such as hospitals and  house keeping

• Casual wear range suitable for team building and sports      

 days

Is there a minimum for orders?

A minimum of 5 corporate uniforms consisting of a minimum of 3 garments each is required.

 

What about top-up orders?

A top-up order may be placed at anytime with a minimum of 3 garments.

 

What continuity do you offer?

We are committed to ensuring the styles, fabrics and  colours in our catalogue will continue to be available as shown. However, since we continue to develop and update our ranges, we do reserve the right to withdraw/replace existing fabrics, styles, colours and designs. ALL GARMENTS ARE MADE TO ORDER, so please note that colour variations may occur due to differences in fabric batches from different deliveries.

 

What guarantee do I have on my garments?

Can I return faulty goods?

Should there be a factory fault, the goods must be returned to us within 7 days.

We will assess the claim and if it is found to be valid, it will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible, free of charge.

 

Do you carry out alterations?

Our garments are manufactured to international sizing standards. The fitting range is fitted on your premises to ensure that the staff are comfortable with the size they are ordering. Please ensure that you fit the correct size.  We can however make longer lengths where required, at an additional fee of 10%.

 

How long is delivery and how are my garments delivered?

Delivery is normally 4-6 weeks from our confirmation  of your order. The same applies to re-orders, unless otherwise advised. Holidays: We close for 3 weeks over the Christmas period and are closed on South African public holidays.  Please keep this in mind when calculating your dates.

 

Delivery Options Include:

1. Using your own courier

2. Using SKC Corporate Images courier - delivery is charged per box.

3. Your own arrangement to collect the goods - no delivery will be charged.

4. By Post - add delivery charge.

 

All orders of 20 staff members or more will be delivered by courier free of charge.

Who pays for corporate wear?

Here are some popular suggestions:

• As a staff benefit, the company pays for your wardrobe.

• The company and the employees share the cost

• The company pays the full amount up front and the staff repay it over an agreed period,  interest free.

 

Do you accept Orders from outside of South Africa?

Yes we do. Please obtain the necessary customs import regulations and documentation which applies to your country. Fax all information with your order to SKC Corporate Images. After all documentation has been received, we will send you an order confirmation.
